"Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Large quiet rooms. Good choice of TV channels including BBC News !! Nice bathroom. Easy access city centre and railway station but in a quiet residential area. "
"Perfect for my needs (a five-day base in a historic city with 2 or 3 easy day trips by train). Very good value and no more than 100 yards or so from the station. Comfortable room and good breakfast."
