So we went back to the front desk to tell them there was someone still in the room the staff had no clue that there was someone still in the room. The person at the front desk got us another room and when we got in that room it didn't look like it was even cleaned. There was hair in the sheets of the bed and hair all over the bathroom floor. And when we checked out we told the person at the front desk about it and all she said was oh I'm sorry to hear that and pretty much just sent us on our way. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent — close to restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences. It is also connected to House of Pizza, and guests receive a 10% discount, which was a nice bonus. The only issues we experienced were related to noise. Around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday night, there was a loud disturbance in the hallway involving someone screaming, which woke me up. Then during checkout in the morning, there appeared to be a disagreement between employees at the front desk that was also quite loud.
