"Impossible to fault this hotel, on any level. The decor, fittings and facilities are all of the highest quality, and the artworks throughout the whole building that are a theme of the hotel are delightful. Our room had views over fields to the spectacular Pembrokeshire coast, the bed was huge and very comfortable, and the bathroom was superb. Despite the hotel restaurant being closed for a full refurbishment (re-opening in late March 2026) a cooked breakfast was still available, and very good, alongside all the usual fruits, fresh yogurts and cereals. All of the hotel staff we interacted with, including the chambermaid, were warm, welcoming, and astonishingly friendly - nothing too much trouble. Would love to come back. "

"The perfect retreat for 2\. The pictures on the listing really don't do justice to this amazing property, and walking in for the first time you really get the wow factor! It's amazing being very modern and chic while keeping the charm of the cottage. The styling aside absolutely everything is the best of the best, from the top quality and well equipped kitchen and appliances to the bathroom wear and the excellent and luxurious bedding. Secluded off the high street in St Davids with its own driveway for parking it really is a secret and peaceful retreat. We found the cottage a really comfortable and calm place to stay and spend time when not out sight seeing. The best nights sleep were had here as well as long lie ins!! The outside space to the rear is a real suntrap and completely private. Great for a beer and fish n chips after a long day sightseeing. The cottage is located right in the centre, a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral, 1 minute walk to local pubs and shops and a 15 minute walk to Caerfai beach. It's the perfect location. Matt was excellent at communicating with us over some questions we had before our arrival. We got to meet him briefly during our stay and he's such a nice friendly guy and clearly passionate about his property and guests. We stayed 3 nights, and wished we had booked for a week. Note: The driveway for one car could be perceived as being tight. Matt advised you can fit a Range Rover on it and he wasn't wrong as our car fitted perfectly. "
