2 BR CONDO in the heart of St George! INCREDIBLE VIEWS, all the way to Zion!

YOU WILL LOVE!!!! this conveniently located property that overlooks the St. George Valley! Enjoy peaceful, breathtaking sunrises from the comfort of the master suite, or from a large open deck that overlooks the scenic red rock valley and St. George Temple. The expansive views extend north from Pine Valley Mountain, east to Zion National Park, and south to Mount Trumbull on the Arizona strip. Only minutes away from downtown, great shopping and fabulous dining. Freeway access is less than a mile away, and allows you to easily make your way around town within minutes, or to Utah's Big 5 National Parks within a few hours!

I have lived in St. George for more than 30 years, and know the area well. I can offer information and recommendations for local hikes and adventures. I also offer a spectacular PERSONAL TOUR of the GRAND CANYON (Tuweep- North Rim). Advance scheduling and additional fee required. Also consider booking a RELAXING IN-HOUSE MASSAGE with licensed massage therapist Melissa Lindsay!

Spacious LIVING AREA comfortable for visiting, movies or relaxing. Large high-def Smart TV, books and videos available for use. Comfortable sofa and seating area. Plenty of room for queen blow-up bed and crib.

KITCHEN is newly updated with stainless steel appliances, and furnished with standard supplies for cooking and dining. Charming dinette seats 4, additional seating for 3 at bar counter. French doors enable dining with remarkable views and lead to a fabulous large open deck overlooking the valley with additional seating area and propane BBQ.

BEDROOMS are spacious, furnished with queen beds, and include full access to closets and dressers. Master suite includes seating area and on suite bathroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully furnished with new bedding.

Spectacular Condo
This condo is well maintained and afforded many amenities not usually available. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the amazing view from the deck. The kitchen is large and well appointed, and the living area was sufficient to host ten people for appetizers and drinks. We strongly recommend folks who are in town for any purpose rent this lovely condo, which resides in a very convenient location. You'll find the owners have gone out of their way to make this a true home away from home.

Shari and Blaine had the condo well stocked with everything we could need. It was comfortable and clean and withing walking distance to several restaurants (although a tad outside of downtown). Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay in St George
The title says it all. We had a fabulous time at “Blaine’s World” in St George. Super communication throughout and a really nice property that was so convenient to everything. St George is a great city with fab food and coffee (Farmstead is a must) and lots of lovely walks and hikes close by. The property is a great base for Zion National Park as well. We appreciated the cleanliness and having a washing machine and dryer was very helpful after the walks. Overall we loved it and will definitely be back

Lovely home with beautiful view
The Blaine's take such great care of their guests and we were very comfortable there! Everything was much nicer than hotel quality and they include lots of extras and amenities that demonstrate a great attention to hosting. Location is very convenient and it was nice to have garage parking. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again!

Quaint & Comfortable
We reserved this condo to visit my brother for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect landing pad for our family. The location is super convenient, but feels like you're not in the middle of the busyness. It was very nice having a secure garage to park in, especially because there was a rainy day. The master bed was very comfortable. The only downfall was the master bath door didn't stay closed. It normally wouldn't be an issue, but I got up rather early to go shopping and had to rig the door with a washcloth to get it to not roll back open. It was nice to have a blow-up bed with space in the living room for our teen. There was just about everything you can think to need, available for use. The price was excellent for St.George. We would absolutely stay here again! Shari was an incredibly kind host and truly cared about our safety and comfort.

Loved our glimpse into St. George living!
It was a great place to stay. We appreciated the "at home" feel and the comforts of having lots of forms of entertainment. The pool is just a short walk and a great temperature for 90-degree days. Our small children loved the board games, crafts, and legos that were available for our use. The drier was pretty squeaky during our stay, but that would be our only complaint. Being able to do laundry in the house was fabulous. We will definitely come again next time we are in the area!

Excellent Experience
From beginning to end, this was a perfect place to stay. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The condo is in a good location, close to the freeway and up on a hill where the views are awesome. The beds are comfortable, bath towels were luxurious and furnishings and decor are rich and beautiful. The hosts provided basic kitchen and bathroom necessities. Parking is in a garage, which was very nice in hot weather. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Not a resort setting or feel, rather a quiet and comfortable stay with lovely view. would have liked a chance to flip on the tv the old fashioned way, but owners provided plenty of other opportunities to pass the little time we felt the need to following daily trips to Zion, Bryce, and Snow Canyon. Worked well as a home base for our exploring.

The comeback
We rented a week and a half ago. Our intentions were to comeback from SLC and try out somewhere different to rent but we loved it so much, we were stoked to find out it was available for our last leg of the trip.
