“OMGosh!! Perfection. The condo is beautiful and looks right out into the marina. Quick walk to Beacon for a delicious burger. Get the shrimp appetizer, soooo good. The unit is decorated beautifully. I need to know where the tree wall sculpture came from. So lovely. Everything in the condo is high quality, even the towels. I have never felt as immediately comfortable in a rental space as I did here. Gia was so responsive and gave such good directions and local suggestions. We were in St. James to……

“Amazing stay in St. James community outside of Southport, NC! The condo itself is immaculate! Well updated with appliances, furniture, flooring, and screened in deck! This place could not have been in a better location at the marina! Loved having Beacon 315 right down the elevator, the boats to watch and the amenities to enjoy in St. James! From golf, to pools, to beach… amazing!! I highly recommend this place for golfers, families, girl getaway, all the above! Vic was outstanding to work with……

“1 bed Queen Suite was roomy and arranged well. Kitchen had all the basics you need. I liked the full size fridge and microwave instead of the typical dorm size appliances many other hotels offer. The room was also very clean.”

“The hotel was a stopover before we got to our final destination. The king bed took up most of the room. Bathroom was big, and updated. Too bad the shower curtain had mold or mildew on it( gross). Staff was very nice, breakfast was simple, I wish there was some bacon or sausage and omelette, instead they had hard boiled eggs. We would find another property to stay in next time.”
