8/10 Good
"The room we had was lovely and more spacious than we'd expected which was welcome. There was a smell coming from the bathroom which we reported to Reception and were offered either another room or for someone to come and have a look at it. We opted for someone looking at the room and they did an amazing job. Breakfast staff were lovely as were the Reception staff. The parking was a bit hit and miss but if we arrived back at the hotel later than the parking restrictions there was usually a space outside and you could fix the time disc to start from 8am and could park till 10 am which meant you could see if a space was available then."
