Our credit card was not charged at the initial booking, and after failing to make contact with the owner we assumed the booking did not go through, so we made other arrangements. The day after our scheduled booking our credit card was charged for this booking, even though we never had any contact with the owner, received no check-in instructions, and did not stay there. When we first arrived we were a little leary because it was late and the building is old but the inside was very nice. If you have young children, know that the apartment is not on the first floor - we were constantly reminding our kids to walk because we were afraid the running was too loud. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay. We walked to the zoo and then into Dogtown for lunch and walked back. Only time we had to drive was going to our cousins wedding. Really, my only complaint is the underground parking. It was a very tight squeeze in our minivan. If you have a car or a smaller SUV it would be okay. ##### Jenna W.
