"My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge.
The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television.
The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available.
Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful.
If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here."
"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps.
On arrival after a day of travelling the Norfolk coast, we found ourselves outside a Bungalow which...

"Along way to walk to the car park through dodgy neighbourhood otherwise good stay clean and tidy, bed springs a little hard too compared to my mattress😁"
"Great stay as always, central location handy for train and bus stations easy check-in, nicely decorated rooms with Netflix, tea and coffee facilities, communal spaces and safe. Thank you Helen x"
"This is intended as constructive criticism. If you have a nice little place and want to impress your guests there are a number of things you need to make sure of.That it is cosy and warm and that all of the kit and equipment are in good working order. You must never leave it to the cleaners to identify problems and breakages.Kitchen tap is in a precarious state, the shower head holder needs attention, there are other ways to alleviate the “cold” radiator which the main window is, being single glazed, definitely some form of secondary glazing would improve this immensely, and save a lot of money on heating! Yes it’s probably a listed building but you can work around that.To welcome your guests a review of what you leave as a starter pack could be much more comprehensive than a couple of chocolates and a few tea and coffee bags, we have had far better elsewhere. It could definitely do with a small table and a couple of chairs, if like us (older persons) the existing table and stools are hard to climb onto and uncomfortable as is the sofa. A new firmer mattress would not go amiss, you can’t skimp on quality. Simba or Emma are excellent.Ralph you could spend the money we paid for staying on a few updates and repairs and all would be well.Having said all of the above we enjoyed our stay, mainly because we are the forgiving type.I wish you well with improvements.Arthur and Annie "
