"Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday, only thing that let it down was the tea that was left in the room was earl grey or camomile. Loved that the W.C was separate from the shower room. Bed was super comfortable, our room was on the main road but you could not hear any traffic. would definitely return to this hotel."
"The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic and comfy. We were lucky and could look out our window to watch parade goers getting ready and perform for the Oktoberfest parade. Wonderful location to everything! Highly recommend."
"Fantastic hotel. Very comfortable. All staff including front desk, at breakfast, and evening bar staff very welcoming and friendly. Beds very comfortable. Room very clean and spacious. Good lighting in the room. Would definitely want to stay again. "
"This was an all around amazing hotel experience! The hotel is immaculately clean and modernized-yet has all of the historic components. Everything was in working order and the entire hotel as well as my guest room was extremely clean. wi-Fi works very well. Showers were amazing with great water pressure. Very comfortable bedding, linens, and towels. And even though it is not needed in the winter, it is a rare thing to have this in Europe,- air conditioning that works year-round!
The location is perfect. It is across the street from the main central station, it is where the airport shuttle bus stops at, all of the tour companies are within a one block radius, there is a tram stop outside the front of the hotel, every tram and underground/subway depart from Central Station so they are also all within one block. There are always taxis waiting outside, there are 24 hour eateries in Central Station, as well as many other dining options within walking distance, including a full-service grocery store located across the street in the Central station.
In reference to the staff - The staff go above and beyond and are always there with a smile ready to answer questions. Mrs. Katherine at the front desk and Domenico, concierge, truly go above and beyond to assist their guests. The level of service and warmth they provide is definitely five star all the way! These two individuals are very proud to work at this hotel and enjoy what they do which clearly shows to their guests."
