"Clean, modern room, comfy pillows, reasonable price. Very friendly attentive staff. East off and on from I-95 and just minutes from historic downtown Fayetteville. Would definitely recommend!"

"Room was basicly clean. Long black hairs in toilet. Tub diverter was slow to convert to shower and water pressure weak. Be was comfortable. Fridge was clean. "

"The front desk person, Trinity, was AMAZING. The hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was vaccummed. There were wipes under one mattress and food under another. Trinity tried her hardest to reconcile our issues. We were moved two times and it was awful. There is construction going on, which is completely okay, however the pictures online look NOTHING like the current hotel. AT ALL. I would recommend Teinity to anyone and everyone but the hotel... heck no."

"Clean room with full size fridge, microwave and 2 eye range. reasonable price, great staff who are very helpful. They were knowledgeable and quick to respond when I needed them and they didn’t disturb my peace during my time of hardship. They respected my privacy and created a peaceful environment for me to work through my crisis. "

"For a room that was $200 a night I was incredibly disappointed! The first thing I tried to use was the TV & remote. It took me 10 minutes to turn the tv on with the remote because of how sticky the buttons were on the remote and once the tv came on the coloring was broken so you could barely see what was going on. I gave up on the TV and went to take a shower. The glass panel of the shower was coming out of the ceiling and was loose & wobbly. I went to blow dry my hair only to find that there was only 1 electrical outlet that worked and it wouldn’t even run my shark hair dryer so I attempted to use the one supplied by the hotel in the bathroom. It wouldn’t even run properly…barely blew out any hot air, kept sparking & smoking so I gave up on my wet hair. Not sure that I’ll stay here again and if I do it won’t be in room 101!"

"Staff was very nice! However, the room was quite poorly lighted. Shower is too small for a tall person. Breakfast offerings were stale, coffee was bitter. We gave up on breakfast and ate elsewhere."

"This by far the least impressive of all the locations I’ve stayed at. Rooms were not properly cleaned, staff was short and mild tempered. I will say the house keeping staff was extremely nice and approachable. Definitely expected more from the Embassy."
