Awesome location if you want to stay near the Abbaye de Solesmes
Petit Hôtel de charme, très agréable, nous recommandons cet établissement sans problème !
An excellent stay. A comfortable, clean room, imaginatively furnished, with a powerful shower. Service was outstanding and the food was much enjoyed.
Probably the worst dinner we have ever had in France. The recompense was that we were not charged for two cold cups of coffee! Our faith in Campanile has been dented after many years of use.
The Salt House is a small, well equipped and rather comfortable place to spend a holiday and explore the area with a nice walk along the river Sarthe, the little villages and bigger towns around. Nice weather helped too. Thank you!
Arrived to find we had been double booked and no rooms were available. The owner took us to a friends Chambre D'Hote but not the start to a holiday you want after travelling for 14hrs.
Even if you don't identify with any religion, you can't deny that there's something captivating about places of worship. St Peter's Abbey of Solesmes is no exception.
Going there is half of the adventure, as it's found 140 miles from the country's capital city, Paris, in an area known as Solesmes.
Get a room at the Grand Hôtel de Solesmes. This hotel is located 0.08 miles away from St Peter's Abbey of Solesmes, and it's the one option in the immediate vicinity.
After time spent sightseeing, why not cap the night off with a scrumptious meal? Walk 0.1 miles from St Peter's Abbey of Solesmes to Au Boeuf Fermier (12 Rue Marchande, Solesmes).
