Gulf view Cozy 2b2ba condo on the beach!

This Indian Rocks Beach Hamilton House on Gulf is located directly on unique sand St.Pete-Clearwater beach. The ocean is good for a swim almost the whole year-round. During cool months you can enjoy the private heated pool. Our 3rd floor 2 bedroom condo offers a spacious balcony bordered with palm trees with a northerly partial side view of the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach that goes on for miles. The 1100 sq. feet 2bedrooms condo has a cozy Living room, 2 Baths, Kitchen with all necessary appliances, an inside utility room, and has ceramic tile floor throughout. The unit has an in-unit washer/dryer, central cooling, and heating system. Two assigned parking spaces (covered on the ground floor and guest uncovered). The apartment is conveniently located next to the grocery store, famous restaurants, playgrounds, parks, spa, massage, yoga, and beauty centers.

Anniversary Bliss

Loved this condo and the area! Condo was clean and had all the beach necessities we needed. Andre was fantastic. Umbrellas were broke, and he delivered us a new one within the hour of letting him know. We had the best time!

Wonderful property!

The condo is lovely. It has everything you would want for a beachfront vacation. Steps to the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas a cooler and sand toys provided. It is within an easy walk to some wonderful restaurants. Andre is an amazing host. If you need to reach out to him and is extremely responsive. Thank you Andre!!

Post Hurricane stay

Great stay weather was good and the condo was as advertised. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and lots to see if you have a car. Hurricane damage was not seen, beach was still very usable, condo was perfectly functioning.

Great location

This was a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. We also enjoyed our nightly stroll to try different ice cream shops. The condo had everything we needed to have our sun and rest beach vacation.

IRB Beach Stay

We loved this rental! It was comfortable, clean, perfect location, and the host was extremely attentive and available. One day there was a storm coming, and we got a text, letting us know of the weather conditions. Any question we had was answered right away. We love that it was stocked with name brand, Kleenex, toilet paper, and dish soap. Beach view from the side balcony was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this rental. What are you doing?

Wonderful Condo!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! The condo was clean and inviting!! Andre was delightful to deal with and very responsive to talk to. All the beds were comfortable and even had a washer dryer in the unit!! Close by resturants/bars. Had all the beach equipment you need for a day at the beach!! We stayed a week and will be back!!

Very clean and nice beach

This unit and the building in general, were very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed and was big enough for our family of 5. The sunsets were amazing and the beach was clean. We were able to walk to pizza, seafood, a bar and surf shop. It is centrally located and you could drive to Clearwater or St. Pete easily for more dining and shopping. What would make it better would be tables with umbrellas or some shade next to the pool as it does get very hot. We had a great week and definitely recommend.

Wonderful property!!!

This is by far the best equipped unit we have ever stayed in and we travel quite a bit. It had all of the little things like hand soap, laundry soap, tissues, and stuff like that to just make everything more simple. The unit was very spacious and clean. Also had plenty of beach gear available for use which is a huge plus when you fly and are limited on space. Would give it 6 stars if that was an option!
