This spacious top floor unit in Madeira Beach has been completely refurnished, and is fresh and ready for your Florida beach vacation! The private balcony gives an unobstructed view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, and is perfectly positioned for morning coffee, Sunset viewing or daytime relaxing.

Madeira Place is located in the center of Madeira Beach, directly across the street from the sand, and about a 10 minute walk to John's Pass Village. The well maintained complex is private and quiet, and is setup with 24hr elevators and plenty of parking. Relax at the large heated pool in the center of the property.

Decorated in a relaxing beach theme, the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, premium king size bed and custom made headboard. The master bedroom en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and the large walk-in closet gives plenty of space for your luggage. With direct West facing windows, wake to the sight of the beach and water from your bed. The living room is furnished with a new queen sleep sofa and the spacious dining area gives seating for up to 6.

The kitchen area is equipped with a new stainless oven/range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. With plenty of cookware and dishes, the condo is well setup for dining in for small families. As an additional convenience, the condo has a second bathroom with full size shower - a real plus with small families!

Equipped with washer and dryer in the condo, flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, excellent WiFi coverage, DVD player, and includes all linens, bath and beach towels.

A Great Stay for our Honeymoon

Good open communication with owners, and everything was clean and convenient. The images they used when initially booking are slightly outdated. There is a new construction that blocks a majority of the view of the ocean from the deck but that is about it.

The condo is adorable, very clean and close to the beach. We walked to everything and loved it. The view from the balcony will change due to construction but i would definitely book this condo again.

Very beautiful and clean! Great location for food activities and the beach! We loved our stay and the pool was amazing, the bed was so comfortable. Only thing I disliked was you had to walk all the way around the property and down the block to cross the street to the beach because the gates were locked we had chairs and bag etc and was very heavy carrying it that far.

Amazing Views

I absolutely loved this place. I can't wait to go next year!! The are views from the all the windows. You are right across the street from the beach. There is even a walkway right outside the gate. There is an amazing huge heated pool. The condo is so spacious and bright. They also provided beach chairs, floats, towels and toys. Everything and so great!!

Very nice place in good location

Nice place to stay with restaurants and bars in walking distance. Very spacious with everything you need. Amazing view of ocean though likely to change once construction across the street begins. Easy access to beach. Property management was very attentive, quickly responding to an issue with air conditioning even offering us free tickets gor an event in response which unfortunately I was unable to take advantage of. The pool is great. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic time

Property was very clean, fabulous view (which sadly will be compromised when condo across the street is built). Short walk to beach across what is a very busy street, but crosswalk is right there so it's not bad. No complaints at all with the condo, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, we didn't use the pool at all (there for the beach!) but it looked nice. We were very pleased with the property management. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and have had a lot of issues in the past, but this was an excellent experience. We will definitely seek out iTrip properties in the future. We had one very minor detail when we checked in that was immediately fixed, but most importantly to us was the communication. It was so nice to be able to text someone instead of playing phone tag with an answering service. Sadly the hurricane cut our trip short by one day but we were also satisfied with how that was handled. Very enjoyable stay!

It was a wonderful experience

I was traveling with my two elementary school children. We did not have a car, but we were able to take advantage of the local buses that pass right in front of us. The room we stayed in was not new, but it was kept clean and satisfactory. The room was clean and well equipped and we had no problems at all during our five-day stay. It was as comfortable as if we were staying at a relative's house in a rural area. Across the road is a beautiful white sand beach. Unlike living in a hotel, I felt comfortable and integrated into the local community, as if I had access to it from my own home. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants the perfect resort environment, but I would recommend it to anyone who wants to truly enjoy the Florida air. I think our kids really enjoyed themselves at the pool as well. It had both gas and Charcoal BBQ grills and had a great time. I just want to thank you for providing us with great accommodations.
