My trip overall I would say was very positive. The hotel made for a good stay and I can’t complement the staff enough with how professional and helpful they were. The only downside I would say is the maintenance of the overall facility, but I know it must be very difficult to keep everything pristine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel oozes old world charm but has all the comfort of a modern property. The staff is super friendly and very courteous. And the food at its bistro is delicious. All and all a lovely property to consider when staying in downtown Boise.

Liked Chandlers steak house was right there. Clean rooms. Streamlined check in/out. Airport shuttle was very helpful.

We went there for our Anniversary. It was perfect. The staff was amazing. My only complaint was the bedspread. It smelled like stinky feet. I discussed it with the front desk. I told her I didn't want to make waves. She said she would take care of it. The breakfast was delicious. We both had fruit and yogurt. I also had the cinnamon roll and coffee. My husband had biscuits and gravy and coffee. We stayed in the Enchanted Forest room. I surprised my husband. He didn't know I had booked the room. Our son brought us into town. My husband thought we were going to dinner. He was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely recommend and probably return on another Anniversary. The only regret I have is not remembering to get one of your robes. I DO like your robes. Thank you so much for helping us have a memorable anniversary. We enjoyed our stay.
