I didn’t like the fact that I arrived at 10am and I wasn’t able to check in until 4pm coming off of a long flight most resorts & hotels will let you check in early but not in St Thomas. Most of the staff were very kind. The room was nice & clean. The power went out at least twice a day not sure what that’s about. I also didn’t care for the cats hanging around the place I’m very allergic so I kept sneezing & broke out into hives. Other than that I had a great time.

Great stay at Castle Villas at Bluebeard’s. The staff were available and helpful, especially the bell service men. The grounds were clean and well kept despite some buildings needing to be repaired after the devastating hurricanes in 2017. The newly renovated room was beautiful, spacious, clean and accommodating. I would stay at the hotel again and recommend to others.

This property totally missed the mark. The rooms need a deep cleaning and at least once a visit from housekeeping after 3 days. Not told about what to do with trash in your room. The security are more focused on jetting everyone in order rather than engaging with visitors. This hotel or whatever it is is giving Boring and it had potential to be good. Stay elsewhere if your are looking for a good time. It is giving nursing home vibes. Front desk staff so unfriendly and unhelpful. Restaurant is OK, with friendly staff.

The view is great. The price is pretty good. There is a small kitchen you can make your own meals in. Really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony.

I am a travel agent and I would say that I had no complaints at all. The service desk guy was great and the room was clean and had everthing we needed inside. Our view was spectacular. It had everything there that we needed on days we didnt want to venture out. I would definitely recommend and I plan on returning. Thank you Castle at Bluebeard

This is a cute hotel in Charlotte Amalie. The location is close to Shopping and restaurants including Yacht Haven, it’s about 15 minutes to the airport, and easy to drive to especially if you reserved a car.

The view was great from our suite, I enjoyed our room and all but 1 staff member was very friendly and welcoming. I would have given a full 5 stars, however there is limited stair/walking accessibility, and I had a very unpleasant experience with a bartender at the on-site Castle Grille.

Overall the visit was okay. The communication from the beginning was lacking. We were given the wrong room with not enough beds for our whole family. Took about 20 minutes to finally get a new room. Laundry only comes once a day, you just put out your dirty linens to get fresh ones. No room service that cleans the room during the day. The small kitchenette was nice but very small. The pillows and mattresses weren't very comfortable. We had water leaking from what seemed like in the walls bc we couldn't find source of it but all of our luggage was drenched. We had 4 people in our room but was only given enough towels for 2 people. We also had to ask 3 days in a row for toilet paper. They brought us paper towels instead. Parking was easy, pool was nice temp and the view was great.
