We have a great little beach on property, Sugar Beach that is small intimate and hardly ever used. It's the perfect spot for a walk with your morning coffee or snorkeling in the morning or afternoon hours. We are 1/3 of a mile from Coki Beach where you will find some of the island's best snorkeling without taking a boat as you can go right off the beach! You can learn to scuba dive at Coki also - Take the full PADI course or just a discovery dive. Coral World is right next to Coki, a great place to bring the kids.

Natural Stone Steps lead to the condo, you must be able to climb stairs to visit the pools and restaurants also!
Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!
