"Just passing thru Gaylord and needed a place for one night (Friday). Easy booking with Expedia, check in was fast and efficient with friendly staff! Location was right in center of business district which made for easy dinner, gas up and extra supplies from grocery store. Facility is older but owners have it well maintained. Plenty of parking room! I will use this travel lodge again!!!"

"Beautiful place and location, was perfect for a guys weekend up north. Didn't see any, but the elk map helped in giving us places to explore and look for elk! The place was clean and had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thanks so much for having us!"

"The cabin was great. It is very spacious and clean. Many things to do near by, including Boyne City and Petosky (as well as Boyne Mountain). For us it was also close enough for a day trip to the UP. Host is very nice and easy to work with, communication is great. "

"Perfect place to get away with everything you could need and more! We came delightfully over-prepared, this place really has everything covered and the thoughtfulness that went into preparing did not go unnoticed. Clear and easy to understand instructions and fast communication whenever needed. The property itself is beautiful, we really enjoyed walking the trail at dusk and watching for shooting stars. Thumb lake public access is right around the corner making trips back to the cabin quick and convenient. Our neightbors were friendly and welcoming which was a great added bonus. We can't wait to be back and see what Paul has planned for the future!"

Awesome, 5 bedroom, private Boyne Falls home close to Boyne Mountain.

"Home was clean and as described. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable. Communicated with host easily through the app. Host was very responsive to request for early trash pick up as the instructions were to store in entryway. Would suggest other visitors to bring additional fans to save from going to buy them. Keypad for the front door was tricky but we figured it out. When you tap the keypad, two numbers light up. Press those and then the entire keypad will illuminate and you can enter the code then. Thanks for helping us make family memories. "

"We had a delightful stay at this very nice cottage in the heart of Vanderbilt. We were using it as “overflow housing” for our cottage on nearby Thumb Lake (Lake Louise) and it was just what we needed. There were four of us and the bedroom spaces were perfect with three bedrooms, two having queen beds and one having a twin. The mattresses were very comfortable and the closet space in each room was quite adequate. The bathroom, although small, was well equipped and the shower was wonderful. We were there over the week of the 4th of July, and it was quite warm most of the week. Therefore, we appreciated the new, easy to open and close windows throughout the house. Also, having fans in each bedroom and the living room for ventilation was great. We especially loved working in what felt like a brand-new kitchen. We used it to prepare a day’s worth of meals for a group of nineteen people and found plenty of space to prepare, cook and store the food prior to transporting it to the lake the following day. We also enjoyed relaxing in the living room on the two, very comfortable couches and we loved our evenings watching movies on the huge television. Finally, there was space to park three cars in the driveway, and we found the neighbors very friendly. All in all, it was a very delightful stay. Hope we have occasion to stay there again in the future."
