"What a wonderful stay we had! We were in Groveland for seven nights, and our only regret was that we were not staying longer. The house is nestled in a way that it has complete privacy. It has a view to the lake which makes sitting out especially pleasant. "We had a good trip. The house is as advertised. We had some minor plumbing issue that I am sure was fixed quickly. All appliances were in order and it was clean. You do have some other trailer type homes really close but other than that and the plumbing issues, not a bad place to stay if exploring yosemite area.
