The cabin is big enough for 4 people to stay comfortably. The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans and serving utensils. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and seemed well maintained. Upon arriving we did try to use the fireplace and it would not work. I contacted the property management and they walked me through some troubleshooting steps, they sent out maintenance the next day to say that a part would need replaced. The cabin is close to restaurants as well as a couple gas stations. The closest grocery store was only a 15 minute drive. The State Park was also very close, about a 5 minute drive.My biggest con was the driveway. The driveway is VERY steep. Our car is a manual transmission and it took about 4 tries to get up the driveway. You really have to gun it to get all the way up and over a small hump at the top. Leaving was also not the easiest. My car is also quite small and I thought I had reversed far enough back to make the turn out, you must make AT LEAST a 3 point turn out of the driveway or you might end up running into the railing. Again, everything else was absolutely great and we had a good time and will definitely consider booking here again if we are in the area. ##### Morgan K. Wonderful place for our honeymoon! Contrary to what some people said, there were no insect problems. The location was almost too convenient which took away some feeling of isolation Lol. We did however have a couple of instances enjoying the hot tub. The first two nights the breaker under the deck kicked out right after we got in. I was able to kick it back on the next morning so the water stayed hot. Only the third time we got in on the last night did the breaker stay on the whole time. Maybe something you might want to investigate. We will definitely stay again with Stay Over. We try a new cabin every year for Thanksgiving. ##### Joseph B. The hills up to the cabin are quite steep, so make sure your car is up for that. Cabin was clean and comfortable. The contactless check-in was seamless. We had to contact property manager a couple times to fix minor issues and the manager was fantastic. Quick response and resolved issues. Cabin is very close to the Nada Tunnel side of RRG and also a short drive to Tunnel Ridge Rd where so many hiking trails are accessible. Would stay again. ##### David B. The house is clean and really cute, but may be difficult for visitors who have small children or physical limitations due to multiple steps leading up to the main living space and a wooden spiral staircase as the only access to the second bath, bedroom, and pool table. It would have been helpful to know that the road leading to the property was gravel with some potholes, because a higher profile vehicle would have made getting to and from the cabin easier. Checking in and out was spelled out very clearly by the rental company. Overall, it was a solid rental. We will definitely be coming back to the area! ##### Kathy E. We called the property management who asked if we could wait a couple of hours to see if the electricity would come back on. (It was a day after heavy rains and winds. We couldn’t wait. We had just picked up groceries after a 3 up hill mile hike and a 1/2 day drive. We were quickly placed into another property Big Boulder. Which was beautiful much larger and everything was perfect! Should we come again we would want something like Big Boulder. Thank you to the management team for the quick resolution.
