“This vacation rental was not up to our standards especially when compared to the several VRBO places we have stayed at across the country during our travels over the last decade. The smoke detectors in each bedroom were sitting on tables and were not mounted on or near the ceiling. This is not up to code.On two different occasions we had two different smoke detectors chirping as the batteries were going dead. We had to remove the batteries in order to sleep. No central air. Several window……

“This property fit our needs just right we needed a place to stay close to our all day activities we had planned and was looking for a reasonable property in the heart of everything. It was very clean inside and the setup is very comfortable, perfect for relaxing like we needed in the evenings and night. The decor and the furnature/beds were very nice. The outdoor space made this property tho! The backyard was big for this style of property and the corner lot adds privacy. The gazebo was……

“Clean rooms close to all things we needed breakfast was good and plentiful wish the afternoon buffet was available would use this place again”

“The apartment was easy to locate, the off-street parking was spacious, and the host responded to questions quickly.”

“Property needs a good cleaning & updated. There were broken blinds, a broken faucet handle, also a broken storm door handle, not to mention broken gate on deck. The host was nice though & was able to answer any questions that I may have had. Overall it’s a nice place & served its purpose for what I needed it for.”

“There was leak from upstairs the day before but they had cleaned it all up except for a really sticky floor. Traffic was load but a great location. Tricky getting the garage pass with no parking in front. I recommend indications for pulling around the corner and running in for the parking pass.”

“We were in town for a wedding at Hotel DuPont. The proximity to the hotel was amazing! The apartment was cozy and clean. Felt very safe and loved that you needed a code just to enter the main door at the entrance to the building. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions. Having free parking was also a huge plus!! Definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in town.”

“Wonderful spot for five ladies to enjoy an evening away close to Chesapeake City”

“The property is very clean, recently updated and had more than enough room for the four of us staying. There was even an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds we didn't need. The neighborhood was super quiet and perfect to come back to after long days of adventure in the area.”

“Beautiful space and excellent hosts! Super close to State Street/downtown Kennett Square. Home was exactly as listed- we especially loved the gorgeous kitchen!”

“An outstanding rental, we stayed six nights and loved the location. Had a lovely pond next door with walking/running path.”

“The townhome was exactly as pictured, and was well stocked!”

“Linda's home is perfect for family traveling! Everything you need for cooking, washing, and just enjoying. The back yard and Patio were awesome for Thunderstorm watching. We'll be back !”

“My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great privacy, lovely decor, and comfortable bed. A full use kitchen was great to have. Cheech (the pig!!) was so friendly and the host even dropped off carrots for us to feed him. The host responded to every question in a timely manner and check in and check out were painless.”

“Excellent rental walking distance to shops and restaurants. House was roomy and had everything we needed for a great stay. Fenced in yard for the pup was a great surprise!”
