It is afterall what it is. The staff is great The location was excellent for my needs. Some rehab is minor, paint ect. Property is in good condition. The rooms will soon need some refurbishing. Over all it is a good value.

It was good for the price. The lady on the front desk, I think she missed understood me and she keep repeating me the same like( the checking it’s at 2 pm…. At 2 pm …at 2 pm . I never said I want to checking before. That turned me off. I went back around 7 pm , we checked in by that time,, there was a priblem with room #7 key and they changed the room , they gave a different room 4 doors down. The room 11 was clean, but smelled cigarette, so strong that we got that smell in our close when we got back home. Next morning I checked the breakfast, we did not like and we went to DD a few feet away. Overall was ok. Beside that Lady, the rest of the workers were very polite.

Door security wasnt good. Room was supposedly nonsmoking, but still smelled like it. Maybe due to the vents. One doors top lock wasnt working, and another doors bottom lock wasnt working

Close to where we needed to be. But it is very run down to room smelled of smoke. Broken tiles missing the towel rack shower took 10 minutes to actually work

Help was great but motorcycles were racing up and down the street outside. Also because the walls are thin, one could hear someone’s television until 4:00 a. m. On the positive side, it’s a 3-minute to the Dunkin Donuts.

The building is in poor condition. The grounds were littered and we noticed curtains that were drooping off their track. The first room we were assigned had no water to the shower. The second room was fine. The morning staff member who looked after breakfast was very mind and friendly.

Staff very friendly, helpful, efficient. Nice free breakfast and coffee. Very clean. Everything worked in the room (outlets, lamps, tv, Coffeemaker, etc). The bathroom tub, toilet and sink were dated and could use an upgrade, but again VERY CLEAN. It was also very quiet. Easy parking and we had a choice of first floor which was helpful as spouse is handicapped. Days Inn is a good place to stay for an overnight visit or two.

What?
The only positive in this hotel experience is the service. The two young men at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Also the server at breakfast was polite and very accommodating. However, one of the young men had to let us in our room three times because our key was not programmed properly. And still did not work. Obviously his software was not functional. The chair was broken, there was hair on the bathroom floor and on the walls. A generally sad and uncomfortable room. Beyond belief. Could not believe that this hotel cost more than a hotel within the Wyndham family in Lynchburg (which was phenomenal). I’ll put this hotel in Delaware on my list to not frequent again.

From the start did not get a good impression. When arrived the toilet was not working so if we needed the bathroom needed to go to target because they said no one can fix it till next morning and you can hear clearly thru other people’s walls.
