We would stay there again. The staff answered all our questions and the room was very clean. Curtains in our room didn't close completely allowing daylight in room. Breakfast was usual hotel choices but ran out of eggs.

Stayed in King Room. Old building but you can see they are making improvements. The back parking lot is in much need of repair and there really is no garden view at this time. Overall, this was a very clean basic place to stay. The layout of the hotel is very odd. If you are mobility challenged make sure to book a room with necessary access because even with elevator or first floor, there can be stairs to contend with. Pros: Good location, in between Bay City and Saginaw. Quiet area but near the highway. Very clean rooms that have been modernized. HUGE TV. Bed was extremely comfortable. Restaurant and bar area seemed well maintained, cannot speak to service or food. Cons: Being there for 3 nights, it was kind of annoying to have no chairs, no sofa, no table with chairs, just the bed to sit on. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit other than the bed. Even the most basic hotels give you at least a chair. If you wanted to bring food back, you would have to eat in bed. It appears you need to have a Suite here to have any other furniture. We also did not receive any maid service. The description said sheets and towels upon request, but we didn't even get gen housekeeping, bed, empty trash etc. like every other hotel we've stayed at. We almost ran out of TP. Staff friendly but not proactive. Upon check in, we were only given a vague description of where our room was and no other information. Phone to Front Desk didn't work, not a big deal until emergency.

Great stay. Staff really friendly. Breakfast wasn’t fantastic. Great pool and hot tub.
