"The Front Desk attendant was awesome! He was very authentic and genuine and did his job very well. We did have an issue with the air conditioning/heating unit in our room. It was not fixed during our stay. Overall, we will stay again because of the staff!"

"Room was nice and big. Beds were wonderful. Toilet was very wobbly tho. Other then that, staff was wonderful as well. I accidentally forgot my Birkenstock sandals there, I called them, they made sure I was able to get them back. Front desk was great to work with. "

"Staff were very nice, very quick to help with any issues (not that we had any but we had forgotten forks for a meal and they kindly provided some). Pool area was clean, only complaint there was hot tub jets werent working but otherwise great. Breakfast had great options and ample room to eat. Room was clean and amenities were stocked. Would definitely recommend staying here. "
