Das Zimmer war riesig und machte bei der Ankunft und schnellen umziehen einen guten Eindruck. Als wir zurückgekommen sind und duschen waren lief leider das Wasser nicht richtig ab. Auf dem Boden und der kofferablage waren Flecken von Gästen vorher. Die Matratze war so weich dass man im Bett versunken ist. Leider ist die Rezeption nachts nicht besetzt und so gab es keine Abhilfe. Die Rezeptionisten waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war okay. Omelette hat gut geschmeckt die Mitarbeiter waren auch hier wirklich toll. Aufgrund der Matratze waren wir beide wie gerädert und sind früher abgereist als geplant da an erholsamen Schlaf leider nicht zu denken war.

We booked the hotel since they offered a great discount on our two rooms AND because onsite pareking was possible. The hotel is located 5-10 min walk from the centre of the old part Bruges so everything is in close walking proximity. The decor is great and our two rooms were very spacious with a great view to one on the canals. Keep in mind the rooms are not airconditioned, it was not a problem during our stay since the temperature during day time was in the min 20's. Breakfast is fine. There thing we are normally "looking for" was available. The is space enough to sit inside, so no fighting for tables. We eanjoyed sitting outside at the patio having our breakfasts. My best recommendations.

AC was not working properly even though I informed them multiple times. No staff to serve at the bar during my whole stay. I checked out one day earlier than my planned stay and they refused to refund the remaining day but I checked out anyway and moved to a nearby hotel.
