STR 20250366 The open floor plan has the kitchen, dining room area and living room. The Master bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The bedroom loft upstairs features a Twin over Full bunk as well as a full bathroom. The dining room table seats 4 and 4 more at the eat-in granite kitchen. The living room has a gas burning fireplace. Ski lockers, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, sand volleyball court are just a few of the amenities at the complex. The property is located about 8-10 minute walk to the ski area or take the free Steamboat transit bus that picks up steps away from the complex. This unit is located on the top floor of the complex there are stairs required to get to the unit. This complex does not have an elevator. The condo was very clean and the large kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. I didn’t use it, but there’s a bunk bed in the upstairs loft that would be perfect for kids.Check-in was very easy using the directions provided, and I had no trouble getting in. While the condos are older, this unit has been very nicely renovated and is clearly well cared for.Parking was simple, and the location is great—just a couple of minutes from the slopes. For the price, it’s a really great value for what you get. I could also see this being a great base for summertime activities in the area.
