Newly Built!! Great house for your floating trip, bike park, or other events. Come back to house after floating, walk or drive to restaurants close to home. Two bathrooms both with shower heads. Netflix and Prime Video. Wireless internet. Minutes to Meramec and Huzzah Rivers!! Float, Hike, bike, or Fish. Mark Twain Forest too!!! New addition mountain bike course recently built and available to ride for free. Two blocks away!!!! Has cell reception as well!!!




Disclosure: For your security and those in your group, the keys are changed for the locks after each group. The code for side door access is randomly generated for each stay. The day of checkout, the code allowing access to the property throughout your stay will be deleted. A new code is randomly generated. Also for additional security, front door, carport, and rear cameras were installed for the safety and security of the home during your stay.

Perfect house for a large crew who wants to float!
The house was great! Beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen space to share a meal, the location was excellent for floating the local rivers. Jordan was amazing and super responsive to everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

This property is perfect for any type of stay. We had a weekend getaway with friends and it was great. A new build, clean and comfortable. Jordon answered all of my questions I had beforehand and was very quick to respond. I would most definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for and air mattress in the living room in you wanted a party of 9. Thank you very much!

This house is awesome! very clean, everything was labeled in the kitchen which helped a lot after a day on the river, bathrooms were clean, bedrooms were clean and tidy, my friends and I had a great time here! we are definitely considering making it our “river hotel” whenever we float the huzzah, which was only 10-15 minutes down the road! Jordan was very easy to communicate with and had no problem answering any questions we had, 10/10!

Perfect House for Weekend Getaway
My friends and I planned a float trip in Steelville and many of us live in other states and needed somewhere close to stay. This was the perfect little house for our small group. It was clean and exactly as pictured. I would definitely stay here again!
