“Stayed for 4 days and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the balcony view was lovely. It had all the amenities I needed, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and places nearby to pick up essentials. The transport links were excellent, making it easy to get around. Great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Das Hotel liegt im Wald direkt am Wasser, die Zimmer sind mit Möbeln aus Naturholz ausgestattet, schöne Tischlerarbeit. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es gibt eine Garage zum Abstellen der Fahrräder. Wir werden sicherlich nochmals wiederkommen.”

“Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service. Einzige Kritik: Beim Frühstück könnte die Auswahl an veganen Optionen größer sein (es gab für herzhaft nur einen einzigen Dip und sonst nur frisches Gemüse, süße Aufstriche und Obst). Hafermilch o.ä. Alternative für Müsli und Kaffee fehlte ganz.”

“I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. The blankets and sheets smell of faint mold, as if they're not dried properly. There is no air flow, even with windows open. Despite it being……

“Die Wohnung hatte eine super Lage, direkt am Scharmützelsee. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, auf derTerrasse hat es sich gut gesessen, war überdacht. ”

“Da wir nur für eine Nacht im Hotel waren, haben wir z.B. die Wellness-Angebote gar nicht nutzen können. Ansonsten war alles prima. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Es gibt allerdings keinen Aufzug (wie beschrieben).”
