The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable. However, the carpets throughout the property need to be deep cleaned or replaced. Wallpaper/drywall in the bathroom was peeling. Floors in the common areas/elevator haven’t been cleaned in a while either. The exterior of the property is also in need of TLC.

Accessible room was just that, accessible (one negative: the room is toward the back of the hall, on the 3rd floor). My disabled partner found the bed height perfect and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Parking is convenient, with sufficient number of accessible spots. The property could use some maintenance. The only real complaint is not with the property, but with the location: it is VERY close to the highway and even closer to a very heavily used exit ramp, making sleep difficult due to the traffic/truck noise. Fairly priced.
