"The entire place was spotless. Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. Access to a washer and dryer with FREE detergent. The social offered Friday-Sunday came with complementary drinks and snacks. Beer included! Onsite gym and pool were great! Christmas decorations were decorated throughout the property. Overall great stay!"

"Host was responsive and welcoming. Amenities were all in excellent condition, except for the DVD player which wasn't working properly, but luckily we brought our own just in case. Cabin is basically in the perfect location, as it provides the feeling of being remote while on the property, yet it's a short drive to in-town restaurants and stores, including a Walmart. Highly recommend Rosie's Pizzeria for both normal crust pizza and their gluten free crust option. Check out Black Bart's Brunch for breakfast, including the gluten free option for their waffles. The hot tub was clean and in good working order. The mattress in the master "Bear" room is definitely on the very firm side, as an FYI."

"It was a great condo for a 3 day get together for 2 couples We were visiting friends who live in Pagosa Springs but didn't have room for us. So it was nice to have a place if our own to relax, rejuvenate and have breakfast and late night conversation.Fully equipped modern kitchen. Parking for 2 vehicles outside the door. City Market is 8 minutes away by car. Clean, quiet and comfortable. "
