“This was our very first time staying at a rental home and we were very impressed.Large family of 9 and had plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The home was clean inside and was just as described. We had everything we needed for cooking all our meals and even some cleaning supplies there to clean up after each meal. (I like to clean and vacuum daily)Had a couple visits from the neighbors dogs which didn’t bother us much. They seemed very friendly.The only down fall was not having the dock up for……

“Was exactly as described and with great attention to details such as a fully stocked kitchen, incidentals in bathroom, great upper deck and plenty of comfortable seating throughout , and an outdoor grill, fire pit outdoor conversation pit (not enough time use all available). Location also was great as close to 2 grocers, several parks and kayak rentals. Exceeded my expectations! “This was a planned getaway for my Mom’s 86th birthday! Very relaxing. We both had a wonderful time and the accommodations were exactly what we had hoped. Definitely recommend this cute cottage for a relaxing time. I absolutely loved it!P.S. As a side note, I believe the batteries in the remote for the loft television needs replacing. (Not complaining, just reporting. ).”

“We had a great stay! This was the perfect setup for a Kentucky Lake fishing trip. There was plenty of room for our boat and trailer, making parking and loading/unloading easy. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything we needed was there. The location was convenient to the lake, and the host was great to work with. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a fishing trip or a relaxing getaway.”

“My wife and I needed a place to stay while dropping our son off at NALTC, and the location was perfect.It is quite relaxing with just a primary home near by, and this guest home is on a horse farm property. We didn’t use the fire pit this trip, though we both agreed we want to come out for a longer stay and have a nice evening around the fire. I would recommend this place, it was beautiful, everything was modern, and it’s in a very romantic and peaceful setting.”
