"Its a nice place but it is on top of a hill with a really small road to it...almost no place to pass another car. When we arrived the host thought we would arrive the day after, so we had to wait for another hour for the key. The house was fine, big enough, nice bedrooms and living room and kitchen is fine. The pool is great! The winery is super and really tastefull! We had a nice vacation."

There are several places where you can sit outside including a balconyIt is a peaceful location. The swimming pool is super. A perfect location to unwind and relax with friends or family."

Mamma and Nonna pasta made a meal fit for kings ad queens!! still talking about it. 10 minutes from greve in chianti, 1 minute walk to pizza joinjt. 5 minute drive to duda restaurant, 10 minutes to filigne valdarno and its train station to florence. will be back again and again!"

"Beautiful surroundings. There are several apartments in one building. It is quite noisy: our upstairs neighbours (a family with two children) moved the chairs until late in the evening and you can almost literally hear conversations. The house is very simply furnished: no television, no dishwasher. The kitchen is moderately equipped. The garden makes up for a lot; lots of space, nice swimming pool."

"Apartament dobrze przygotowany, bardzo czysto. Duży plus za możliwość pobytu ze zwierzakami. Ładny widok z tarasu. Kuchnia trochę ciasna. Niestety internet dostępny tylko na tarasie, bardzo słaby."

"Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...

"Wir fühlten uns in der Toskana sehr wohl. Die Übergabe war sehr gut und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Die Wegbeschreibung könnte etwas genauer sein. Das Geschirr war leider schmutzig. Nachdem wir es gespült hatten, fühlten wir uns wohl. Wetterbedingt war es sehr kalt und feucht in der Wohnung. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage den Pelletofen angemacht. Für die Pellets hatten wir Zusatzkosten, dass muss man wissen. Ohne Heizung hätte man es nicht ausgehalten. Leider hat es im auch sehr aus dem Ausguss...

"Es war ein aussergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt. Nach dem sehr herzlichen Empfang von Renate mit ihren drei wunderschönen weissen Hunden haben wir uns sehr schnell in unserem Feriendomizil eingelebt und uns wohlgefühlt. Bei knisterndem Kaminfeuer abends zu sitzen war einfach toll. Eigentlich wollten wir die Toskana erkunden, aber der ungewöhnliche Garten zog uns in seinen Bann. Es war immer wieder spannend zwischen Olivenbäumen das Gelände zu erkunden mit so vielen Kristallen und Energieplätzen. Die...

"Francesco und seine Familie sind besonders freundlich, zuvorkommend und lieb. Die Hunde sind so lieb und unsere Kinder hatten die größte Freude, weil Tokyo beim Sprung in den tollen Pool immer zugesehen hat :) Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. "Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."

I strongly recommend following his lead because it greatly enhanced our experience. The pool is perfect for a family and even better than the photos. The location is convenient to reach many Tuscan cities by car and experience so much during your stay. "

"An excellent hotel, well-located and close to just about everything. We had a view of the Duomo from our window! Walking distance to major highlights, with lots of terrific restaurants and shops all around. The hotel's breakfast is first-rate. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for "comfort" is that our room was a little warm ... but I hasten to add that the hotel really tried to help us, and even offered to move us to another room (we declined). The delightful engineer even gave us a big room fan, which helped a lot. Wonderful staff all around. Highly recommend! "

"Wonderful hotel, perfect location for easy walking around in Florence. Great breakfast as well, staff were always friendly. Nice view of Arno River. The room I stayed in I was given a free book and lovely lotion (150mL which I used everyday during my stay). I would love to hear again next time I visit Florence!"
