About this property

Boho 405 - DI Home Rentals

  • Boho 405 is a brand new build, centrally located in Cowboy Country. Whether you're coming in to cheer on our Cowboys, visit family or attend one of the many events Stillwater has to offer, you can enjoy your stay at our chic 1 bed/1 bath home. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the living room has a queen sleeper and a stacked washer/dryer is available. The home is walking distance from downtown, several eateries and is less than 2 miles from OSU campus.

    If local assistance is needed, hosts can be available via text or call.

    We are currently working on the aesthetics of the location. We purchased multiple properties at once and are rebuilding them one at a time. We currently have the property on the east side of this house in the building process. We apologize for the mess.

    The south end of the property backs up the the city recycling center. Guests have told us that the business opens early on Saturday mornings. Ear plugs are provided if noise is an issue.

This is one of my favorite properties to stay at. Always super clean and comfortable. Thoughtfully designed and stocked. The host communication is great. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Stillwater, OK.

There was not a speck of dirt in the place, and the location was great for visiting OSU. The pullout bed was actually comfortable! The bedding was bright white and luxuriously soft. Also, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed in several locations but these guys top the list! Excellent communication and they’ve put a lot of thought, cleanliness and effort into their product. I’m a home builder and see the attention they bring- they care about the quality of experience you’ll find at their property. When I go to Stillwater that’s where I’ll be staying.

Very nice house and great location for visiting OSU

Beautiful house. Very clean and everything you would need. It was perfect for my wife and I, while getting our daughter moved into OSU. Definitely look forward to staying here in the future.

Wonderful accommodation

Very cozy and homey. Was initially worried about nearby construction but it was shut down well before bed time and had not started before I left the next morning. Central location close to EVERYTHING I needed to get to. Will DEFINITELY stay again.

Awesome VRBO Property

What a cute, clean, and comfortable property. It was nicely furnished and decorated. The property manager included many nice touches -- left snacks and water, had a very nice luggage rack, great towels, a comfortable bed, and more. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Awesome Property in Great Location!

We loved this property and will definitely stay in the future. Very clean. LOVED the mattress - so, so comfortable. Close to Oklahoma State, plus Main Street. Homeowner was very easy to work with - responsive before we arrived and when we departed.

Great stay!

This cute little 1 bedroom home was perfect for my husband & I! Clean accommodation & great little amenities. They have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. Its in a quiet neighborhood so we were able to sleep well. My only regret was that we didnt have time to enjoy the back patio. Just not enough time in the day. Would definately stay again.

Cozy Cottage

What a gem! After being on the road for weeks we needed a break from hotels and were glad we picked this place. The hosts are thoughtful, quick to respond to questions. The kitchen/bathroom are well stocked. Very comfortable. This will be on our must stay list for future trips.

Weekend Trip to visit son

We usually stay in a hotel but decided to try a VRBO this time - so glad we did! This is the perfect place. It’s cozy and clean and has everything you need. It’s a good location - just a quick drive to anywhere you’d want to go while in Stillwater. Communication was quick and easy and check-in/check-out process was simple. The attention to detail is just perfection. We’ll stay here anytime we are back!

Small n Cozy

It was a 1 night stay for a concert at The Weed. Very clean place and the location worked well for us, since we were only there for one night. There is a new construction going up right beside but we were up early enough their noise did not matter. We will stay again if we are back in Stillwater.

Osu Iowa wrestling dual

Was a perfect place to stay. Very clean and close to everything we needed. Nice to get out of staying out of the Hotel rut. Wish the dual would have went better..Ha will be back. Thanks for the hospitality. Brooks and Katy.

If I could give more than a 5 star review I would! Host was always available for anything we needed and responds quickly. I love that there were no crazy rules to comply with when leaving. Home was clean, nicely decorated, and close to everything we needed. I’d definitely stay here over and over again. Thank you so much!
