“Nice little get away for our 42nd Anniversary.”

“The view is amazing! We caught so many fish and enjoyed other wildlife that the area had to offer. I was especially impressed with the amenities! Extra towels, on site washer/dryer, fire pit, plenty of throw blankets and extra linen...we've stayed in places with far less that cost far more. The hot tub was an added bonus that we enjoyed each evening. Only issue was inability to always get wireless internet, which interfered with television access, but there was so much to see and do, it wasn't……

“Captain Bill's Guest House was a wonderful choice for us. We wanted to go hiking at the various state parks in the area and there were several excellent ones nearby. After a full day of hiking we were able to go back and relax by the pool. I have never seen a more beautifully landscaped pool area. It was truly amazing! There was lots of shade if you did not want to be in the heat of the sun or you could get full sun if you wanted.Uncle Bill was extremely friendly! At first we were a bit……

“We had eight family members with 3 dogs in tow. The home had plenty of room to spread out and maintain personal space. This location and amenities were just as advertised and expected. Our host was exceptional in responding quickly to our inquiries. We are happy to recommend this spot.”
