The building and room are beautiful, but the management is going cheap on everything else. I found an empty bottle of alcohol in my room, the wifi didn't extend beyond the doorway, and the shower didn't drain.

This specific hotel would have been my first choice whenever I’m in that area until the last time I stayed there. The gentleman who check me in was very kind and generous. I appreciate his service. But There’s another man at the front desk during the daytime, I found his demeanor towards me very intentional and rude, his customer service was extremely poor. I don’t know if it’s a change of management because usually front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming.

That room needs to be sprayed before they have an issue… want be returning….just because of the bugs. Plus the heater kept making crazy sounds. An the pipes was scarring me every time they came on
