"Noticed my room refrigerator had mould. Staff excellent and helpful when I had problems with my smartphone. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. Location 20 minutes from Central train station and smae feom waterside. Would stay again."

"My main disappointment is that they advertise a pool but you have to pay to access it... Nice room but the phone in the room didn't work and I had to go down to the reception to ask my questions. They didn't replace the phone when informed (I was there for 1 night)"
