Very rude older night shift lady
This place had decent reviews on Apple Maps. I don’t know why or how. The lady working the night shift was one of the most difficult communicators I’ve encountered in a long time. She was rude & sarcastic & gave zero effort to be the slightest bit nice or welcoming. Then the room was just rough. Nothing stood out as nasty but you would just have to see it for yourself. Dingy.

First at all the room I booked was a non-smoking one, and I got the room with strong odor smoking I went to the front desk and talked with person in charge and they did not have no more rooms available and the person walked with me to check the room with an air freshener spray , and that night I was tired so, I stayed in the hotel but could not sleep at all with strong smoking odor, pillows, sheets, bed, towels, etc, etc. I will not recommend this hotel with bad handly stuff

Not like it appears. Ratings must of been done years ago. The young girl at the desk was very nice.πŸ˜‡The surrounds were not a safe place for a single woman to stay. I end up pulling out before staying and staying at the Marriott on march lane.
