The bottom line is we give a room from 1500 till 11 am before or after that time you are not our customer and we will not answer any questions or provide any information or any other service The 24 hour airport shuttle reservation is not observed, the answer I got when you arrive at the airport and have your luggage call us As I arrived late they gave the room to somebody else which had no reservation I got a room which is not what I reserved but the front desk clerk had to talk to that person and verify that he had no reservations once she verified that I have reservation she sent the driver to the airport and gave us a room The funny part is they kept asking me who is in the room There was no sheets on the bed The night clerk plays all the roles as she was the lunch lady for breakfast and later the driver that got us to the airport In short for the price you pay I recommend a different hotel

It was definitely a luxury experience unlike most stays I've ever done, 10/10 no notes on the hotel itself, the staff and amenities were bespoke. Breakfast was custom made to my liking and brought on a cart in the morning at a time of my choosing. Unbelievably good food and the lady working the desk was very charming. Word of caution, however: it is the highest up apartment in the entire city, maybe the entire country and the hotel is limited to the private access top floor of a new skyscraper of mostly corporate offices. At night, it was likely that my (city facing/partial ocean view) hotel room was the only one lit up in the tower and since the walls --including the bathroom-- are all glass, everything inside rather stands out and there no real privacy without curtains drawn. At some point, shortly after returning back at around midnight, someone somewhere in the city who noticed my arrival to the hotel room started blasting the apartment with a high powered laser pointer until I closed the curtains. That aside, it was a remarkably nice stay, the only concern is that its wildly ostentatious for better or for worse and maybe the locals aren't too pleased with that haha. I would stay here again.

Bed bugs! All of us being bitten and we caught two bed bugs on our beds! I tried to contact the host and no answers. Since it’s 1am, we have no other places to go. Our next day’s plan is ruined because we need rest. It’s awful experience!We have to sit in chairs the whole night. I tried again contacting the host during morning. No answers yet! This is unacceptable and we request a full refund!

Quirky little property with beautiful views and a great breakfast. Perfect spot to start out ring road journey.
