Our room wasn’t that clean, had mold in the bathroom, our sheets had stains and food on it, our room smelled bad. they had parties going on in the building, people running around being loud. Room service was good.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were perfect. Thank you.

My stay at the hotel was great. My check-in experience however, was not so great. I paid through Expedia. When I arrived, I was asked to put a credit card on file which is fine however, I woke up to multiple transactions in the morning. I was assured that these charges would fall off after they figured out what actually happened at that time however here it is a week later the issue is still not resolved, and I am having to continuously contact the Hotel to get this rectified the front desk overnight personnel was not familiar with the check-in process for parties who pay through a third-party service I hope that this person gets educated so that this does not happen to anyone else in the near future.
