“the room was great, staff was helpful when needed. Missing was coffee in the room had to go to the office to get it, the TV kept shutting off and the remote stopped working several times this was before the storm. Staff had the only remote to reset which was bothersome. you could tell they have done a lot of work on their buildings to upgrade.
Just not right on the beach like I thought it would be.”

“Room had a smell when we first got in, had to buy Fe breeze. Shower had three shampoos, had to go downstairs to get body wash and conditioner. Elevators don’t work in the mornings so you have to take the stairs. Had a 5/5 experience last July 2025 but wasn’t the same this time. All staff member were friendly and helpful so I will give it another try; it could have been just a one time thing. 3/5 stars.”
