The studio can accommodate up to 4 people with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen area, although small, is fully equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle, allowing you to easily prepare your meals. A dining table is also available for your use. The studio includes a small functional bathroom. You can enjoy a television and free WiFi access for a pleasant stay. Note: the apartment features a unique entrance door, measuring only 1.20m in height, which adds a charming touch to the space but requires attention when entering! Nearby tourist attractions: Strasbourg Cathedral (15 min walk): A Gothic masterpiece with a panoramic view from its platform. Petite France (20 min walk): A picturesque district with half-timbered houses and canals. Place Kléber (15 min walk): A lively center with shops and cafés. Palais Rohan (15 min walk): Museum of Fine Arts, Archaeology, and Decorative Arts. Orangerie Park (25 min walk): A large park for relaxation and picnics. Strasbourg Train Station (17 min walk) Situated in a quiet and well-connected neighborhood, this apartment is ideal for exploring Strasbourg. House rules: This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees. Pets are allowed with a supplement of €30 per pet, per stay, upon prior request. Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens and a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is your responsibility to clean and organize the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you prefer not to handle this, you can order an additional "full cleaning" service for the apartment for €30 before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance, and if these instructions are not followed, a penalty of €60 for cleaning fees will be charged. A digital contract signature and your ID will be required via the Yaago platform after booking, along with information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of those present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to deny access to the accommodation. The door to enter down into the apartment is about 4 feet tall- so fairly compromising for two people 5 foot eight and 6 feet. The Wi-Fi was next to impossible or nonexistent, although the owner assured us was working. But the apartment was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom, spotless, and the amenities all we needed.
