“The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning. “I had an excellent stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. The location was extremely convenient, with shopping nearby and easy access to the train station, which made getting around simple. It was also near the beach and the Prestwick Golf Club. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I could find nothing wrong with the place! “Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.”
