"The hotel needs a refresh. We had the handicap room. Shower was broken, seat in the shower terrible, water goes all over the floor. We are in our 79,s and we’re afraid of falling. Wall paper in room coming down. Your staff was great! Lady behind the desk was wonderful. Breakfast lady kept everything filled and clean."
