"Unstaffed at night. No instructions given to find keys behind flower pot by front door and then had to call a back up duty number to be told I was staying in a building over the road which was otherwise unoccupied. No hot water so repacked and was offered a room in the hotel. After that fine but this is a weird way to run a hotel. Also was given no instructions to find the car park up the road which I had to discover for myself. Breakfast was great and staff very nice in the morning. An odd...

"Stuff was very kind, respectful and very helpful. On the other hand, my room was not well kept, behind curtains, floor was with a lot of dust. Room was very hot as AC was not working and somewhat bad scent, the bed was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very testy but you eat on a timer because you will immediately be informed by stuff members that it is exactly 10:30 am. One is free to carry on some breakfast to their room though if they wish. "

"Rooms on the road side are extremely noisy because of the cars passing by, even with windows closed. Breakfast was not great either - stale bread, canned fruit and generally average quality produce, clearly not what you expect from a hotel in such a nice area. This was quite surprising as, otherwise, the food in the restaurant was quite good, albeit rather limited in terms of choice."
