Excellent! An out standing place for a family vacation, excellent service, good food with a lot of variety , clean and tidy, close to the beach with several options of water sports activities, comfortable pools with pleasant water, if you can, take a studio with a sea view (grass), thanks for an unforgettable vacation!

If it was possible to give more than 10, I would. This place is definitely worth every penny we spent. 1. Beautiful place, clean and tidy, delicious food in a variety. 2. The dinner restaurants are excellent with a variety of delicious cuisines and styles. 3. All inclusive was excellent. Plenty of varied food throughout the day. Drinks/spicy drinks and more full of surprises and in abundance. 4. And the most important thing is the staff of the hotel. Receptionists are kind and helped us with every passenger (even finding alternative flights and canceling flights) 5. The reception manager Maria was wonderful and kind and upgraded us and took care of our late departure (our flight was early in the morning). We will definitely return to this hotel again.

Great hotel, quiet and uncrowded.

We stayed at the Louis Ledra hotel for a friends wedding this May and we were disappointed. The quality of the room and the facilities were average, a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. The food was not great, we were disappointed by the quality of most of the buffet and the pool side food. The only exception being the salads which were excellent. The activities that ran were not great, the staff running them were not well qualified - one of the yoga instructors did one of the moves wrong and the aqua aerobics was just a made up dance. The real disappointment was the staff customer service. On multiple occasions we were reprimanded for asking for food or service in the wrong place, and a waitress in the buffet was really rude while serving us at breakfast. Most of the staff were lovely and helpful, but these particular incidents left us feeling more than frustrated throughout our stay. Overall the hotel is okay for the price you are paying but it's nothing special and we wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Staff are friendly, food is good ample selection. Room was dated, bedding did not smell clean, bins emptied daily but bathroom was not cleaned as dirty marks on mirror. Floor was not cleaned in the room. The hotel is more like a 3 star and not 4 star. Stayed in 4 star hotels all over Greece which are far superior to Aquamare Hotel.
