It’s in the best area, right in the centre of Budapest, and there are loads of shops and restaurant options around. The room was clean, and I was greeting with a lovely welcome of a small bottle of champagne and chocolates. Everything was perfect, including the brilliant and kind staff members, who were very helpful

El hotel nos encantó es muy elegante y con todo lo necesario. El check-in rapido y facil. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias y con todo lo necesario. Los baños muy espaciosos. Communication was a bit difficult as the staff’s English was limited, but despite the language barrier, they did their best to explain everything and were very kind. Both breakfast and dinner were not excellent, but they were satisfactory. The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated.
