The room was nice and clean. It is definitely a different set up where you go in a separate door then the registration desk and went thru 2 doors to get to rooms. It was a very quiet room. It is not walkable to anything at least that I was going to. But easy to get to bus and train. Grocery store was so close and cheap easy to pick up breakfast things and drinks.

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber!Es war alles was man braucht da. Personal freundlich! Frühstück ausreichend vorhanden! Auto parken pro Tag 8€ . U-Bahn fußläufig im 5-7 min zu erreichen,sehr empfehlenswert!Mit Der Stuttgard Card kann man so viel fahren wie man möchte!Auch einiges an Eintrittsüreis mit inbegriffen!

Ich finde das inakzeptabel dass mein bezahlung doch einkassiert worden ist obwohl ich meine reservierung an den falschen datum gemacht hatte... Ich habe versehentlich auf dem 5ten anstatt den 4ten gebucht (Weil mir das vom software default mäßig vorgeschlagen hatte - meine suche kriterien waren korrekt). Wenn ich versucht habe meine reservierung zu kuendigen, da wurde die erstattung abgelehnt (eben keine teilweise erstattung). Ich bin extrêm unzufrieden !!!

Während meines Aufenthalts in diesem Hotel war ich leider mit einigen Aspekten der Unterkunft unzufrieden. Die Wände im Zimmer wiesen deutliche Mängel auf – es waren Löcher erkennbar und an mehreren Stellen war die Wand beschädigt. Zudem befanden sich sichtbare Verschmutzungen („Smuts“) an den Wänden, was insgesamt einen ungepflegten Eindruck hinterließ. Auch bei den Handtüchern war nicht alles in Ordnung: Einige davon waren bei der Ankunft nicht vollständig sauber, was für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht akzeptabel ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal freundlich war und die Lage des Hotels günstig liegt. Dennoch besteht in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung ein klarer Verbesserungsbedarf.

Das Zimmer ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Im Bad gibt es allerdings einige Kritikpunkte: Es gibt keinen einzigen Haken um den Waschbeutel aufzuhängen, auch benutzte Duschhandtücher können nach Gebrauch nicht aufgehängt werden. Die Halterung des Duschschlauches ist so liederlich angebracht, dass man sie beim verstellen in der Hand hat. Wir waren 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel und wunderten uns, warum man unser Zimmer vergessen hat und keine Reinigung gemacht hat. Beim Frühstück für 14 € pro Person sollte man auch noch ein Yoghourt und ein anständiges Brot erwarten dürfen. Wenn diese Dinge nachgebessert werden, können wir das Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte weiter empfehlen.

Im Zimmer gab es einen Geräusch, welches vermutlich von der Heizung im Zimmer kam. Zudem war das Kissen sehr unbequem (wenig gepolstert), sodass man davon Nackenschmerzen bekommt, aber ansonsten für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es völlig in Ordnung.

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück sehr preiswert und vollkommen in Ordnung für den Preis. Kostenloses Parken ist in der Hotelumgebung möglich, andernfalls verfügt das Hotel auch über eigene Parkplätze (zahlungspflichtig).
