Relax by the private pool and spa (pool is not heated). The fully equipped kitchen, chic living areas, and cozy bedrooms offer comfort throughout. The backyard oasis invites you to lounge, dine, and savor stunning desert sunsets. Conveniently close to festivals, golf, shopping, and dining for your ultimate desert experience. Other things to note ✔ There are 3 security cameras in the property: 1 located in the backyard pointing to the backyard, 1 located in the front yard pointing to the front and driveway, and 1 pointing to backyard pool area. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction). Damage Waiver (Optional): Up to 10 nights: $59 11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights Guest Portal: We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. No account signup is needed, and it gives you a guest portal with all home info and my favorite local spots.
