“The bedroom was clean and the air conditioning unit was at the right temperature. The staff were helpful, particularly the guy at reception who checked me in. I forgot to note his name, but he was very polite, honest and professional throughout my check-in and check-out process.
The only reason for the 4 star rating is because the bathrooms could do with a deeper clean and update but as I only had a 1 night stay, it was doable.”

“At the Aspire Hotel, the property was tired and in need of refurbishment.
The bathroom was very dirty.The toilet seat was broken.
The bed linen and pillows were dirty, stained and torn.
We booked and paid for 8 nights when we checked-in. Big mistake!, we had to leave after 2 nights and move to a much better hotel.
The Aspire would not refund us for the 6 nights we did not use.
The only good thing about the hotel was the quality of the wi-fi.
Its never a 3star hotel. Would not even get 1star in……
