"This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. The views are spectacular and it's very easy to get to from Rome. It's a great base for exploring the hills and even in November we could sit on the balcony in the sun. The village has a lovely bakery and good restaurants."

"Worked out great host was very nice and had some great tips that helped us out when visiting the gardens - we were able to visit Tivoli at night when it was not 102F /40C. Great that each bedroom had a desk fan which were life savers. But it is true, I read in a previous review— for whatever reason there is no middle ground when taking a shower you either get all hot or all cold I’ve never come across a shower with such an amazing temperament. But hey it is a city known for its astonishing...

"The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. "We had a wonderful stay at this property. As other reviewers have said, the property is even more beautiful in person. We felt welcomed immediately, especially with a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us. The kids in the group had fun in the pool, playing ping pong and soccer and seeing all the wildlife.
