Unmatched View and Tranquility

Excellent stay! The property has plenty of generous space; it was clean and very comfortable for our group. We especially enjoyed the pool, game room, sauna, and the One Million Valley View. It has indeed breathtakingly beautiful surroundings. It felt like a foretaste of heaven to us, especially if you have been bombarded by the noise of the city and the busy life NYC offers every day. The caretaker was also responsive. Attended to all our additional requests. Where can you find a property that has a full-time caretaker ready to respond anytime?We plan to use this for our friends' small, intimate wedding. This is number one on our list. We will come back for sure.

The property was not clean when we arrived, and we immediately reported several issues to Evolve, including the dishwasher, which was both dirty and not working. While certain issues were addressed during our stay, several significant problems remained unresolved.The dishwasher was never fixed, and the hot tub and sauna were not working. There were also not enough utensils for our group of 16 people. We requested additional comforters, but they were never provided, leaving us without enough bedding for everyone.The hot water supply was also inadequate. The hot water did not last long, and some members of our group were unable to get hot water at all. In addition, some of the locks were not properly installed, which raised concerns regarding the security and safety of the property.Although the bathroom issues we initially reported were eventually addressed, other issues arose during our stay. Overall, the property did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness, functionality, and basic amenities, particularly for a group of 16 guests. The number of unresolved issues significantly impacted the quality and enjoyment of our stay.
